90-Day Replacement Guarantee

  • If your ISA does not meet the agreed-upon activity benchmarks within the first 90 days, we will replace them at no additional cost. You only pay for results-driven performance.

  1. Stage 01 · Days 0–90

    Initial 90-day commitment

    Enough time to onboard, build real pipeline, and see measurable revenue impact before any long-term decision is made.

  2. Stage 02 · Month 4 onward

    Optional 12-month lock-in

    After the initial 90 days, lock in your terms and secure your dedicated ISA for a full 12-month term. Protects your investment in their training and integration.

Billing is monthly via the credit card on file. The set-up fee is due at sign-up along with the first month's retainer. This is non-negotiable. Bonuses and commission are invoiced on the first business day of the month and automatically charged to the card on file.

Program Terms - ISA Placement

Each Inside Sales Agent placed through this program is an independent contractor of High Performance Coaching Inc. exclusively. The agent receiving ISA services holds no employment rights, ownership rights, or exclusive claim over the ISA in any capacity. The ISA is placed to deliver the services outlined in this program and remains under the full management, training, and accountability of High Performance Coaching Inc. at all times. High Performance Coaching Inc. reserves the right to reassign, retrain, or replace any ISA as deemed necessary to maintain program standards and quality of service.
